"Restaurant Wine" review
January 30, 2010
Review: "full bodied, quite toasty in character, with medium rich fruitiness, evident of new oak character, and a long, mildly tannic finish. It tastes of vanilla, chocolate, black currant, cassis, and spicy oak. Excellent value. 500 cases [2012-2016]. ****+ (out of 5) Ronn Wiegand's "Restaurant Wine" review is the worlds only newsletter for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
